News Letter

From the Chair:

We will return to the Future Home of Concordia High School, at 1201 S. Heatherwilde Blvd. Pflugerville, TX for the 2020 production of The Easter Triumph. Please pray that God will continue to lead and direct us in this ministry for His glory and His will, and to bless and protect the Easter Triumph cast, crew, and audience. No one person can do everything, but everyone can do something, and through God’s grace we can achieve much together. From the Director – We are under attack as a nation, as a state, as a church, in our families, in our personal lives, and within the Easter Triumph. To name a few of these attacks - politics, population explosion, worship shootings, hospitalization, sicknesses, surgeries, strokes, falls, infections, unknown viruses, divorces, separations, accidents, deaths, recruitment delays, construction, and a possible adjustment in venue location. Some may say this is just life and I would agree, but it seems that the volunteers of the Easter pageant have been under Satan's attacks even more this year. However, he shall not prevail because of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who has conquered Satan at the cross. We as men, women, and children have the privilege to present the sixty-third annual Gospel proclamation to a fallen world, offering hope to all. Please consider being a part of the Easter Triumph this year as we begin the Lord's commission to "go ye therefore to teach all nations".

From one of your many directors, Don Arldt:

Casting Calls:  If you or someone you know is interested in participating in the Easter Triumph, please contact Don Arldt at 512- 426-9681 or sign up here on the home page. Let us pray God provides the people we need to help tell the Easter story.

Elgin Tree Farm Fundraiser:

We are in need of someone to take over the coordination and oversight of this year’s event. This is for the Pumpkin Festival held at the Elgin Christmas Tree Farm in October, where we sell sausage wraps, roasted corn, and other concessions, which benefits the pageant and also provides a service to the Nash family’s business. The dates will be Oct. 10-11 and 17- 18, 2020 (Saturday & Sunday). If you are interested and would like more information, please contact Laura Arldt. (
